Our Beliefs

Statement of Faith

• We believe that there is one God eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
• We believe that the Bible is God’s written revelation to man and that it is verbally inspired, authoritative and without error in the original manuscripts.
• We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death on the cross to provide for our redemption, bodily resurrection and   ascension into heaven, present ministry of intercession for us, and His return in power and glory.
• We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit, that performs the miracle of new birth in an unbeliever and indwells all believers.
• We believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was alienated from God. Only through faith in Christ alone for salvation which  was made possible by His death and resurrection, can that alienation be removed and eternal life secured.

Our Distinctives

We are a community of faith, as such:
We believe that the Bible is true.
We believe that we are supposed to love like Christ loves.
We value the journey.
We talk about real life in real ways.
We value being open, honest and authentic.
We believe that we are connected by our faith.
We believe that we are supposed to care about each other.

On the lighter side:
We don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We like good music, art  and conversation.
We sing loud.
We laugh alot.
We like kids.
We dress casual.
We think that if you want to be fake – go to a costume party.
